I would rate their kitchen a big negative with regards to cleanliness. The health board should definitely get on their hands and knees and actually scrape the grease off of the kitchen floors, they are THAT greasy. It was a total disgust for me and that is a chief reason I would NEVER eat in that establishment, never mind entertain the idea. I can certainly understand why the staff would have been less than accommodating; at the rate the "owner" contracts himself, it's a miracle the business has survived as long as it has. ... and that is my personal reveiw.
